Exercise Ball Lower Back Pain
Exercise ball also known as the swiss ball or physio ball, is often used by lower back pain suffers for simple lower back pain exercise routines. Doing exercises with it will help prevent the further occurrences of lower back pain. Exercises with the ball is also a part of a rehabilitation program to strengthen the lower back and stabilize the spine.
Using the exercise ball for lower back pain relief and treatment is simple and easy.

Perform the above exercise on regular basis to help strenghten your back and ease your lower back pain.
Another common exercise with the ball would be the Pelvic tilt and the spine extension.
