Exercises To Reduce Lower Back Pain
Lower back pain is very common problem among adults and is often caused by either muscle straining, muscle overuse or injury. Unfortunately, lower back pain sufferers don’t remain active when their lower back hurts. This is a common behavior as we do not want to put more strain on our lower back and make the pain worst. The fact is remaining active but avoiding positions and activities that tiggers the lower back pain is important for getting better.

The third and final group would be stretching exercises. This group of exercises is important as it keeps your muscle and supporting tissues less prone to injury.
