How much weight is lost by coming of the pill?
I started taking microgynon pill last year and i put on quite a bit of weight. I've just come off it and was wondering how much weight will I lose approximately?
well depending on how quick you lose weight normally it could take anything from a couple of weeks to a year. i was on microgynon for 2 years and came off it after id put on 2 stone! i dont lose weight easily and it took me about 9 months or so to lose a stone. i wasnt exercising though and my diet has always been fairly healthy. if you want to lose the weight quickly though i suggest you do a lot of cardio such as running about 3 to 4 times a week, and the weight should come off no problem as long as you're eating right. you may still have a larger appetite as the pill normally does this to you, but eating healthier things such as salads and making sure u have breakfast will speed up ur metabolism. i wouldnt worry about it too much tho! its good to have curves
