Rubber Hex Dumbbell Set - Home Exercise
How can I be sure this is muscle soreness in my back.?
Ok, i"ve been doing Dead lifts a lot recently, as I've discovered they are one of the most important lifts. However, I'm not sure if I have been doing it right.
I try to keep my back straight, and I even have a mirror to make sure it stays that way. I think it's just sore muscles though as my spine doesn't actually hurt. Also it seems to go away after a day or two.
I know that doing hex bar dead lift can make it easier to use proper form, but I don't have one. So I was thinking that I could put 60lbs on 2 adjustable dumbbells and use it like a hex bar. It's not as much weight, but it would insure that I'm not causing permanent damage.
So i guess the main question would be:
How do I tell if it's muscle soreness, or spinal injury?
Oh and another thing, it's kinda hard to clear my knees doing it with a straight bar. Should I make my grip wider or narrower to avoid hitting them?
take two advil.
if it is Muscle Pain, the pain will go away.
if it is a spinal injury, the pain wont change
