Can/should I make lemonade with lemon juice concentrate?
...if I add water and sugar, would it be like lemonade? How much should I add?

What if I wanted to make a pitcher full (2 quarts)?
Yes. How much you add of the lemon juice and/or sugar is up to you. About 2 TB of lemon juice to a really big glass, with ice is probably right though - and as much sugar as you like. I don't like it very sweet, so I only use about 1 tsp. of sugar, but you could like as much as 1 -2 TB
