Should People Who Are On Welfare Or Foodstamps Be Required To Undergo Drug & Alcohol Tests?
Should the people who are receiving food stamps and welfare be REQUIRED to undergo drug and alcohol tests periodicaly...and if they test positive...they lose the government money?
Oh Absolutely. Where I live they actually have implemented not a law but a policy that individuals on government assistance are subject to an investigation on how they're money is being spent. i.e if their involved with drug purchases or if they are spending frivolously. In any other sense this would be illegal but since it's governmental assistance it is not.
