Weight Loss Book Eat This Not That
Weight loss books needed?
I have noticed that reading books on weight loss has helped me get the information I need to continue to lose weight. Even if I do one or two things from the books I have read, reading has helped me a lot.
I am interested in reading about food substitution (fewer calories on similar food) and nutrition in general.
I would also like to know more about exercise routines and what combinations to make throughout the day (weeks or months) to have a succesful Work Out.
Also, I would like to know more about what helps to build lean muscle.
I would highly appreciate your help.
A great book for natural weight loss and general nutrition is "Volumetrics." It's a common-sense, easy-to-follow plan for life, and it won't leave you hungry.

You might also consider the book coauthored by Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen. If it's anything like the advice on the TV show, the weight loss strategies absolutely will work without jeopardizing your health.

For body toning, it's weights and cardio, as always. Challenging weights at least 2 days a week (more, if you want lean muscle) and a mix of high intensity and moderate cardio. If you don't know much about weights, hire a trainer to design a routine for you and teach you proper form. Also, try high intensity interval training for an incredibly efficient workout.
