How do I cancel LA Fitness Pro Results membership?
I have completed my initial term (I'm not trying to cancel early), but don't want to purchase any more sessions. I know there's something about having to send a letter somewhere but I have misplaced my contract. Also, I am not currently going in (just saving the ones I've accumulated) because I am on bed rest so I can't just ask when I go in. If anyone has the info on what I need to do, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
A few people I've been in contact with have sent them a CERTIFIED letter through the post office to cancel their membership. This will prove the day you mailed it and allow you to find out through the Postal Service's web site when it was delivered. They must sign for it, also, so they won't be able to say they didn't get it.
I don't know if they have a certain address they want it sent to, though.
