It is quiet common to experience lower back pain after exercise. It happens either because you got injured while doing the exercise or the strenuous intensity on your lower back was just too high for your back to cope. So what can you do? Well, you would probably need to postpone your exercises or reduce the intensity of your exercises to prevent further strain on your lower back. Get you lower back in proper condition by doing a few back stretching exercises. There are quite a few stretching exercise that will get rid of your lower back pain.
