Advanced 3Ds Max 8 question?
How do I find the Paint deformation rollout? its not in my modifier list and I know it isnt the vertex paint is it? im trying to make muscles on my character. this is version 3ds 8. thank you in advance 
(Note, I've worked with version 7, but unless something changed drastically, I believe it's pretty much the same)
Are you using the Skin modifier? or Character Studio's Physique modifier?
If you're using physique, try looking for the paint deformation rollout in the motion tab instead of the modify tab.
