Studies have shown that Yoga Exercises are the most effective exercise one can do for treating and relieving lower back pain. However, it is important to take note that not all yoga posture and exercises are lower back pain resistant. Some yoga exercise positions infact can aggrevate more pain to your lower back. That is why it is important to know what type of yoga exercises will work effectively and which will not.

As far as it is known currently, there 8 kinds of yoga exercises for lower back pain. They are known as the ‘Corpse’, ‘Cat Stretch’, ‘Wind-Releasing Pose’, ‘Sage-Twist’, ‘Palm Tree’, ‘Fish Pose’, ‘Locust’ and finanlly the ‘Bending Forward Posture’
